Girl Boss Have you ever asked yourself why you work where you work? What lead you there? Is it what you dreamed as a kid? In the last 15 years, I studied management in a way or another and recently I discovered why. It is funny because I was at the age I didn't know how to spell or write management, but all I wanted to be was a manager or boss. I remember I visited my mom's friend at work and she asked what will you do when you grow up. I replied immediately: your boss. Should I mention I was only 7 years old and just started school and when I said "boss" was with such pride and ego.
