I must confess, as a kid I used to listen to music and dance my emotions away. It was all happening in our living room, where the tv was. By the time I was 15-16 years old, I used to watch the MTV Music and DJ Zara from different clubs in Romania. That was the first time I came in contact with trance music. In my 20's I had the opportunity to go to Armin Van Buuren's concert in Romania. At that time I was listening the playlists ASOT -A State of Trance and dancing like crazy my emotions.
In the last three years, trance made a comeback in my life. In was part of our Life Ritual during my NLP experience. One colleague would cover his/her eyes and the other one would make sure that the person will not injure himself/herself while dancing on trance music. That experience reminded me that no matter how difficult life is, we always have a guardian angel. The worse is for the better.
Nowadays, I am involved in another spiritual journey and I received an invitation to a Trance Dance event from one of my colleagues. I had mixed feelings about the party as on one side we were preparing for a test and on the other side I needed a party to release my emotions. I decided to go to the party. Late evening, we got to the place and we got comfortable. We were informed that we blindfold ourselves, we put intention for the ritual, we will do a breathing technique and afterwards we can dance until the music will go on chill mode, when we will chill on the floor. It was quite a trip as I had the chance to make amendments, to send all the love and good intentions to people that now are not part of my life anymore. Most important to thank them for all the lessons given. I went from feeling love and happiness to sadness and acceptance. At the end, I felt that everything will be fine.
In the aftermath of a party or a ritual or festival lies the intention.
